Your artwork can be supplied in several ways. Specific computer files are best as they allow us the most control and flexibility. The proper file is important because, more often than not, your artwork will need to be adjusted in order to be applied properly to the large variety of products we have available.
Vector based images are best as they allow us to scale your artwork without losing any image quality (see illustration below). Colour separation is just one of many tasks that are made easier by having the proper artwork file on hand.

ACCEPTABLE file formats:
PC Applications:
  • Vector Based EPS files (.eps)
  • Corel Draw  v10 (.cdr)
  • Adobe Illustrator  v10 (.ai)
  • Free Hand v8 (.frh8)

Sending Artwork:
All artwork can be emailed to art@intrepiddezine.com or saved to disk and sent by mail or courier. It’s a good idea to send a hardcopy or a .jpg of your graphic along with the file so we can verify what we have opened.

Design Charges & Setup Fees:
We realize that getting the proper file or image to produce your order is not always possible. In this instance we have the ability to cleanup, re-create or even completely redesign your logo from scratch. Once your logo has been completed and approved the next step is preparing it for product application below are all the associated fees:

File cleanup ................................. $25.00 - $50.00 (basic touch ups)
Recreate logo................................$75.00+ (redraw from an unusable file)
Logo design...................................call for quote (creating a custom logo)
Hourly Rate................................... $75.00/hr
Embroidery Digitizing ................. $20.00/1000st - $75.00 minimum charge
Film charges .................................$25.00/color
Digital garment print.....................$25.00/file
Laser engraving & other .............$50.00 (unless otherwise stated)
